1.1 All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as outlined in your invoice.

Non-Refundable Deposit and Payment Plan Terms

By booking a China tour through TAINTLESS and making a deposit payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

3.1 Non-Refundable Deposit.

All booking deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking, change your mind, fail to attend the tour, or are unable to travel for personal reasons. The deposit secures your place on the tour and may be used to cover booking administration, reservations, supplier commitments and other costs associated with organizing your trip.

3.2 Payment Plans.

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay all instalments by their specified due dates. Paying a deposit confirms your booking and acceptance of these terms. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in your booking being cancelled, subject to the applicable cancellation terms and legal requirements.

4.1 Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing by TAINTLESS. Any additional payments already made will be assessed in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the costs incurred and your legal rights.

4.2 Tour Cancellation by TAINTLESS

If TAINTLESS cancels the tour or is unable to provide the tour as agreed, refunds or other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

4.3 - Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

4.4 - Refunds (if any) are subject to the following schedule:

• More than 90 days before departure: Full refund except for the deposit.

• Less than 90 days before departure: Non-refundable

5.1 Travel insurance is not included in any package and is highly recommended.
5.2 Any insurance coverage, or lack thereof, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for any medical costs, accidents, loss, or damage incurred during travel.

6.1 All travelers must be medically fit to travel. By booking, you confirm you do not have any conditions that would prevent safe participation.

6.2 The Company is not liable for illness, injury, or health-related incidents during the trip, including those arising from activities, hotel stays, transportation, or personal negligence.

6.3 Travelers are responsible for bringing necessary medication and following local health regulations

7.1 The Company acts only as an organizer and facilitator of travel arrangements and does not assume responsibility for personal injury, property damage, theft, or other losses.

7.2 The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers).

7.3 Travelers agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while on tour.

8.1 Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents.

8.2 The Company will provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or visa issues.

9.1 Travelers must respect the rules of hotels, transport providers, and local authorities.
9.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour for misconduct without refund.

10.1 The Company may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.
10.2 By participating, travelers consent to use of their images unless expressly requested otherwise in writing.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
11.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
