Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you have read all the terms and conditions and fully understand these before you sign any contracts or forms.

  • 1.1 All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as outlined in your invoice.
    1.2 Payment methods include [list methods: bank transfer, credit card, etc.
    1.3 Prices are indicative and may vary based on availability, season, or airline/hotel adjustments.

  • 2.1 Packages include only the features listed in the selected package (Lite, Premium, Couples/Luxury).
    2.2 Any additional services, meals, excursions, or personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • 3.1 Travel insurance is not included in any package and is highly recommended.
    3.2 Any insurance coverage, or lack thereof, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
    3.3 The Company is not responsible for any medical costs, accidents, loss, or damage incurred during travel.

  • 4.1 All travelers must be medically fit to travel. By booking, you confirm you do not have any conditions that would prevent safe participation.
    4.2 The Company is not liable for illness, injury, or health-related incidents during the trip, including those arising from activities, hotel stays, transportation, or personal negligence.
    4.3 Travelers are responsible for bringing necessary medication and following local health regulations

  • 5.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
    5.2 Refunds (if any) are subject to the following schedule:

    • More than [X] days before departure: [Y]% refund

    • Less than [X] days before departure: Non-refundable
      5.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters). In such cases, reasonable alternatives or refunds will be offered at the Company’s discretion.

  • 6.1 The Company acts only as an organizer and facilitator of travel arrangements and does not assume responsibility for personal injury, property damage, theft, or other losses.
    6.2 The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers).
    6.3 Travelers agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while on tour.

  • 7.1 Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
    7.2 The Company will provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or visa issues.

  • 8.1 Travelers must respect the rules of hotels, transport providers, and local authorities.
    8.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour for misconduct without refund.

  • 9.1 The Company may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.
    9.2 By participating, travelers consent to use of their images unless expressly requested otherwise in writing.

  • 10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
    10.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
